The United States Army General William E. Ward was born on June 3rd 1949 in Baltimore town, Maryland. He decided to join Morgan State University and got a B.A degree in Political science in the year 1971. After almost forty years of service to his nation, General William Ward retired. During the retirement day, the commander in chief awarded General William E. Ward with a distinguished Service Medal as well as a military services. His wife was also not forgotten and received a number of awards too.
